Cupping Level 3: Range of Motion Cupping with Release

The May 7th Sports Stretching/PNF and May 14th Cupping III (ROM) classes will also BE HELD VIRTUALLY via Distance Learning by Jim Earley, LMT.
Students must have a person at home with them to work on in order to participate in the class.
The Class will be held over ZOOM and you will receive the login invitation in advance of the class.
Since this is an 8 hour class, it may be split into two four hour classes over two days, as it is unrealistic for participants to be expected to be online for eight hours.

Range of Motion Cupping or Cupping with Release will replicate Pin and Stretch, Pin and Release or ART with cups.

Cups will be placed on various areas of the body and then put the various muscle groups through range of motion. This will allow a deeper release of the stagnation and inflammation. This allows the client to experience a deeper release and relief from pain.

We will be performing these techniques on various muscle groups on the upper and lower body, such as traps, rhomboids, lats, pectorals, quadratus lumborum, SI area, glute medius, hamstring, gastroc, soleus, tibialis anterior, quadriceps, TFL, biceps, triceps, upper traps, scalenes, SCM, wrist flexors and extensors.

The class is very participative, and the student receives a cupping set with the class but is encouraged to bring set from Jim’s Cupping 1 class with them. No prerequisite necessary but having taken Cupping 1 highly encouraged.
