The Survivorship Celebration is a celebration of life for cancer survivors and the caregivers.

The celebration is to provide hope to those diagnosed and honor the caregivers that support the Survivor on their cancer journey. The Celebration is a day of sharing quality time with friends, family, other Survivors and Caregivers, and health care professionals in a picnic atmosphere that will bring attention to the challenges faced by Survivors and their Caregivers as well as provide additional support and resources. The event will have music, food, holistic practitioners, art therapy, and a caregiver pinning to honor the caregiver. Children’s activities will be available. The event is sponsored by the Southern Ocean Medical Center Foundation, part of the Hackensack Meridian Health System.
