Booking Policies

To guarantee your appointment with our student or licensed massage therapists, please note:

booking Simultaneous or SEQUENTIAL Appointments

• To book appointments for yourself and a friend or family member at the SAME TIME, please use the GROUP APPOINTMENT function.

• To book appointments SEQUENTIALLY (one after another), each appointment must be booked separately under the name of the person receiving the massage. See below.

• Sequential appointments booked under a single name will be cancelled.

booking for someone else

• If you are booking an appointment for someone other than yourself, please enter the recipient's information (name, email address, and phone number), not your own.

• Health intake forms will be sent directly to the person listed on the booking and must be completed by the person receiving the massage. Intake forms must be completed before the appointment can be confirmed.

• We cannot provide treatment without a completed health intake form.

Appointments Require a 50% Deposit at time of booking

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance, including applicable taxes, is due at the time of service.

• Note: Deposits and payments are non-transferable between client accounts. If multiple appointments are booked under the same name, any payments made will remain attached to that client's account.

• Additional appointments booked under the wrong name must be cancelled, refunded (subject to policy), and rebooked under the correct client's name with a new deposit.

Policies for Tipping - Student Massage Therapists

The State of NJ prohibits students from receiving payment or compensation of any kind for services while enrolled in their training program.

Policies for Tipping - Licensed Massage Therapists

Licensed massage therapists can accept tips in cash on site only. LMTs cannot accept tips via check, credit card, VenMo, or Zelle. 

Cancellation policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty, clients must notify us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedule requests made after 5:00 PM the day before, or on the same day as the appointment, will be subject to our standard cancellation policy -- the 50% fee deposit will not be eligible for a refund nor store creditIn the event of a same-day emergency, please inform us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

late arrivals & no shows

Your time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, you will not be able to extend your appointment beyond its original scheduled time. If you do not show up for your appointment without a cancellation, your credit card will be charged and no store credit or refund will be issued.
