Curious about cupping but unsure how to use it confidently and safely? Cupping 101 provides a comprehensive introduction to this increasingly popular modality. You’ll explore the history and theory behind cupping therapy while gaining hands-on experience with static, dynamic, and gliding techniques.

Learn proper setup, handling, contraindications, and ethical considerations so you can seamlessly integrate cupping into a variety of massage treatments. This course focuses on modern cupping methods and does not include fire or wet cupping.

  • $200 per person; Registration & payment received one week in advance of class date
