Toms River Campus: 2026: April 3 • 9am-6pm
Presented by Nicole Davis, LMT
Pelvis, Thigh & Leg - 9am-1pm
Identify the major muscles of the pelvis, thigh, and leg, including their origins, insertions, and actions. Demonstrate palpation of gluteals, quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors, gastrocnemius, and soleus. Perform ROM assessments of the hip, knee, and ankle joints. Interpret palpation and movement findings to recognize muscular imbalance or restriction in the lower extremity. Integrate functional anatomy and assessment skills into lower-body treatment planning.
Spine & Thorax - 2pm-6pm
Focusing on the spine and thorax, this course blends anatomy review with hands-on palpation and spinal ROM assessment. Learn to identify key muscles, bony landmarks, and common imbalances while differentiating muscular versus structural restrictions. Therapists will leave with practical tools to improve outcomes for clients with back pain, postural issues, and thoracic restrictions.
