To guarantee your appointment with our student or licensed massage therapists, please note:
Appointments Require a 50% Deposit at time of booking
To reserve your session, you will be required to pay 50% of the session fee at time of booking & pay the balance, including tax, at the time of service. See our cancellation policies for more information.
Policies for Tipping - Student Massage Therapists
The State of NJ prohibits students from receiving payment or compensation of any kind for services while enrolled in their training program.
Policies for Tipping - Licensed Massage Therapists
Licensed massage therapists can accept tips in cash on site only. LMTs cannot accept tips via check, credit card, VenMo, or Zelle.
Cancellation policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty, clients must notify us by 5:00 PM the day before their scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made after 5:00 PM the day before, or on the same day as the appointment, will be subject to our standard cancellation policy -- the 50% fee deposit will not be eligible for a refund nor store credit. In the event of a same-day emergency, please inform us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
late arrivals & no shows
Your time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, you will not be able to extend your appointment beyond its original scheduled time. If you do not show up for your appointment without a cancellation, your credit card will be charged and no store credit or refund will be issued.
