You will be required to pay for your session in full at the time of booking. We are unable to accommodate any exceptions at this time.

The State of NJ prohibits students from receiving payment or any compensation for services while enrolled in their training program.

Licensed massage therapists are able to accept tips via credit card via Massage Book at time of booking or in cash on site. LMTs cannot accept tips via check, VenMo or Zelle. 

To cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty, clients must notify us by 5:00 PM the day before their scheduled appointment.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made after 5:00 PM the day before, or on the same day as the appointment, will be subject to our standard cancellation policy and are not eligible for a refund nor store credit.

In the event of a same-day emergency, please inform us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Your time is reserved specifically for you. Arriving late will deprive you of precious massage time - you will not be able to extend your appointment beyond its original scheduled time. If you do not show up for your appointment without a cancellation, no store credit or refund will be issued.
