There is nothing more important to us than our staff, students and clients well-being. For this reason, we reviewed our standard illness-control processes and enhanced them, as a result of Covid-19 concerns.
Cleaning regimens, universal precautions and sanitary practices have always been a part of our training program, so our students and staff have always been well-trained in this regard. Every treatment room has always been sanitized in between client massage sessions, including all touch surfaces. As standard practice, all staff members and our students are trained to follow personal hygiene habits suggested by the CDC, state and local public health departments – we always have done this. We implemented heightened cleaning regimens, and increased health-related signage. We have always included hand disinfectant in all service rooms, at the front desk, in our classroom, in the hallway and in the bathrooms. We welcome everyone to use as much as they need. We clean all touch services everyday as a standard protocol anyway, and have increased the practice to many times daily, as needed.
We ask the cooperation of our entire community of staff, students and clients and know how essential maintaining a safe environment for all truly is. We urge anyone that has flu-like symptoms (Sneezing, Headache, Coughing, Fever, Runny Nose, Sore Throat) to follow the advice of health officials and stay home while sick to help protect others.
We are checking the CDC and other government sites frequently for updates, and will follow whatever guidance received to ensure the health of all who utilize our facility.
As a Private Career School, under the State of New Jersey Department of Education, we received an email from the State regarding distance learning options, and will review the possibility of that for our program.
Wishing you a Happy, Healthy and Blessed Day!
