Somatic Mindfulness workshops transform your massage practice through the art of attuned touch. By bridging somatics with bodywork, these workshops invite both practitioner and client into a deeper conversation with the body's inherent wisdom. Learn to work with natural ease and flowing precision, allowing tissues to reveal their own path to change while protecting your own body's resources. Through mindful presence and refined listening skills, discover how to create the conditions for lasting therapeutic change. This approach naturally cultivates practitioner sustainability and wellbeing, supporting both career longevity and continued growth in your practice. In Poise, gentle, attentive touch invites the spine and back to reveal their natural wisdom and grace. Our hands follow the rivers of tissue that flow beside and support the spine, allowing each layer to find its most elegant expression.
Testimonials:
This class was life-changing. I can't stop thinking about it. What I am still carrying is the energy from the class and the instructor. Fernando created this energy in the room from the moment he started talking. It made the whole class feel relaxed, calm, and safe. He was never in a hurry and explained things so eloquently. I didn't want the class to end.

This experience was definitely a life-changing experience. I didn’t know what I signed up for, just looking to complete my ce requirements. However, I’ve learned not only techniques I can bring to my clients but techniques that will help me be a more in-tuned individual . I am so grateful for Fernando; his soul is very sensitive and open, allowing you to feel vulnerable and soft. I will be definitely taking more classes of his. The two classes felt like a week of learning, which I love . This was the beginning of something great for me, and I can’t wait to learn more.

I do have to say I will not be hesitant to repeat and or take any class again. Each class was sooo different. The first class I was remembering words/phrases that I had forgotten and had some aha “clicks”…pieces of the puzzle came together. In the second class, I came in different. More relaxed, grounded, and connected. So, it was as if I could hear the same information but from a different perspective, which was really cool to experience. I was able to learn and take away something different from each class. I do believe in this work, and I am feeling motivated and confident to keep practicing and learning.
